The M&A practice offers advice to buyers and sellers in cross-border and domestic transactions. The group also offers advice in corporate structuring and distribution deals. 

The project finance practice advises both borrowers and lenders at all financing stages for projects. The team is able toutilise its global presence and inter-practice experience to approach large infrastructure projects from multiple angles.
