CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang has opened an office in Monaco.
The firm will operate under the name CMS Pasquier Ciulla & Marquet after merging with a local firm and will have three partners and 14 lawyers.
The firm will focus on banking, M&A, employment, real estate and private client work and will target international investors.
The move sees CMS join fellow Uk firms Ince & Co and Norton Rose Fulbright in having an office in Monte-Carlo.
