CMS Adonnino Ascoli & Cavasola Scamoni has further expanded its finance team in Italy with the addition of a new partner.
Domenico Gaudiello joins the firm from DLA Piper.
He focuses on public finance including lending and debt restructuring.
The hire comes two months after the firm added to its broader finance practice with the addition of an investment funds counsel, Andrea Arcangeli, from Simmons & Simmons.
