CMS Daly Inamdar Advocatesis the merged firm of Daly & Figgis and Inamdar & Inamdar, two of the oldest legal practices in Kenya, and is a member firm of CMS. The firm has two offices in Kenya, Mombasa and Nairobi and a wide international network with CMS. The firm has a focus on all financial and corporate work with a special focus on transactions.
