- Successfully represented our client, a leading Indian-based manufacturer of industrial refrigeration equipment in operation since 1962 in navigating complex international arbitration proceedings before the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
- Acting for a government-based retirement benefit scheme with a membership of over 7,000 pensioners established in 2006 on a matter involving the negotiation of a sale agreement intended to secure financing for the benefit of 80,720 pensioners.
