CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang has hired a new structured finance and securitisation partner from Jones Day in London.
Neil Hamilton advises on securitisation work and specialises in CLOs and other structured products.
His clients include the likes of Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank
Before joining Jones Day in 2014 he had been a partner at Paul Hastings and prior to that had worked at Clifford Chance.
CMS has two lawyers focused on structured products and securitisation who feature in the IFLR1000 including Michael Cavers who is ranked as 'Highly regarded' and Stephen Philips who is recognised as a 'Notable practitioner'.
