Firm looks to Clifford Chance for projects hire

CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Pośniak & Sawicki in Poland has made a significant hire in its projects practice in Warsaw.

Marcin Bejm, ranked as a Highly regarded lawyer by the IFLR1000, joins the firm from Clifford Chance as the new head of infrastructure and project finance.

He advises on project finance and development and PPPs across all areas of infrastructure.

His previous work includes advising the lenders on the expansion of the Gdańsk oil refinery and on a PPP project regarding the construction and maintenance of the municipal heating plant in Olsztyn, advising on a public road PPP project in Lower Silesia and advising EEW on a municipal waste incineration plant PPP in Poznań.
