CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz has opened a new office in Macedonia.
Marija Filipovska, formerly of the firm's Belgrade office, will relocate to head up the new operation having to date managed the firm's Macedonia desk in Serbia. Before joining CMS in 2013 she had worked at the Macedonian desk of Karanović & Nikolić.
She focuses on corporate and M&A work and will lead a three lawyer team in the country.
According to the firm the new office will focus on banking and finance, M&A, real estate, energy, labour, competition and arbitration and TMT.
CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz is the Vienna headquartered branch of the international firm and has offices across the CEE and SEE.
