Polenak Law Firm is an independent North Macedonia full-service firm established in 1946 and based in Skopje. This year, the team, led by Tatjana Shishkovska, advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on providing a secured loan to Cermat for production capacity expansion.
