CMS has hired a new partner in Warsaw.
Rafał Zwierz joins the firm from the local office of Weil Gotshal. He focuses on capital markets and M&A work.
He is rated as 'Highly regarded' in the IFLR1000.
His deal highlights includes work on the IPOs of companies included Polski Holding Nieruchomości, Wirtualna Polska, CD Projekt, Stelmet, Alumetal, Prime Car Management, New World Resources, Opoczno, bmp AG and PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna.
