CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz has added a new partner in Ljubljana.
Maja Žgajnar joins the firm from Schoenherr.
She focuses on banking and finance, restructuring, employment and life sciences.
Recent work includes acting on the restructuring of brewer Pivovarna Laško.
Žgajnar began her career at Schoenherr before some time spent at Wolf Theiss. She rejoined Schoenherr in 2013.
