Highlights

Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Piraeus Bank and Eurobank on the financing for the concession of a services agreement for Egnatia Odos, a motorway of 658km that crosses Northern Greece from West to East. Both finance and project documents were executed in late March 2024. 
 
Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Diorama Investments, a private equity fund managed by DECA Investments AIFM, on the sale of a key minority stake in the European pharmaceutical developer and manufacturer PharOS to a shareholder consortium of Viessmann Generations Group and Armira.  
 
Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Hellenic Defence Systems, a prominent Greek military manufacturer, in relation to its partnership with a Czech Republic investor for the creation of an SPV active in the military manufacturing sector. The project involves the concession of a military facility, including its operation, extension, and refurbishment.

Christina Papanikolopoulou, a partner in Finance & Capital Markets, departed in July 2024. Dimitra Rachouti, a partner in M&A and Energy, joined from Potamitis Vekris in June 2024.
