PwC Legal advised PPC S.A. and PPC Renewables S.A. in their strategic expansion in renewable energy through the acquisition from Copelouzos Group of a large RES portfolio, comprising operating and under development photovoltaic and wind parks with a total capacity of 67 MW for operating assets and 1.7GW for under development assets. The transaction is ongoing, with non-binding MoUs executed on September 24 2024.
