- Advised Sunway Group on its acquisition of MCL Land Group from Hongkong Land Holdings for a consideration of approximately S$738.7 million.
- Advised Cuscaden Peak Investments Pte. Ltd. on its sale to Mapletree Investments of a portfolio of real estate/student housing assets valued at approximately GBP 1.0 billion (SGD 1.7 billion).
- Advised SGX-listed issuer Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation Ltd on its business combination by way of acquisition of shares in live-streaming social entertainment platform 17LIVE Inc., marking the 1st de-SPAC on the SGX-ST.
- Advised SGX-listed issuer Boustead Singapore Ltd in the unconditional exit offer to acquire all the remaining shares in its listed real estate subsidiary, Boustead Projects Ltd.
- Advised Singapore Press Holdings Limited on its sale of 100% of SgCarMart Pte. Ltd. to Toyota Financial Services Singapore. The overall consideration was approximately SGD 150 million.
Advised YCP Holdings (Global) Limited on its acquisition of the Consus Global group, a global procurement and supply chain solutions provider, as well as Renoir Holdings Pte Ltd., a consulting firm with operations across Asia, the Americas and Europe.

- Data and Telecommunications Group: Advised a multinational data and telecommunications group on its restructuring and entity simplification project spanning across 10 jurisdictions in Asia Pacific.
- Biotechnology Group: Advised a global biotechnology group on the amalgamation of two of its Singapore entities, including advice on structuring, regulatory compliance, and HR matters.
- Cloud and AI Group: Advised a global cloud and AI group on its internal restructuring which involved a complex and multi-territory carve-out exercise across 35 countries, and assisted with the asset and share sale to of the carved-out group entities to a third party buyer.
- Payments and Biometric Solutions Provider: Advised a global provider of secure payment solutions and biometric identification solutions on its business and share transfers as part of a corporate reorganisation spanning across 25 jurisdictions, in order to separate the group into 3 separate divisions.
- Technology and Software Provider: Advised a leading global supplier of technology and software solutions based in Germany on a carve-out project, during which we coordinated and liaised with foreign counsels on the implementation of the carve-out in Vietnam and Indonesia.
- F&B Conglomerate: Advised a leading Japanese multinational beverage conglomerate on a complex, cross-border group restructuring spanning across 7 jurisdictions. The project involved cross-border M&A transactions, capital reductions, and various other corporate actions.
