Established in 2020, BTPLaw is a boutique corporate law firm in Singapore and one of the few that has an active BVI practice. The firm is spearheaded by next generation partners who have had years of experience in large domestic law firms and Magic Circle law firms. Key figures include managing director Brandon Tee and director Lynn Ariele Soh. The firm specialises in the formation of VCC and investment funds, financial services regulations and cryptocurrency advisory.  

Highlights  

Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising V8 Environmental in its joint venture with Sobono Bioenergy to form RExus Bioenergy, which is developing Singapore's first circular biomass power plant. This landmark project is not only a significant milestone in reinforcing the nation's push toward renewable energy but also represents the first biomass project in Singapore to be financed under a project finance structure.
