Founded in 1998, TSMP Law Corporation is a boutique law firm that provides diversified financial and corporate practices. The firm is led by joint managing partners Thio Shen Yi and Stefanie Yuen Thio.  

In banking, the firm specialises in acquisition and project financing in the real estate sector. On the M&A side, the firm is known for quality work in public company takeovers and REIT mergers and is active in sectors such as media, real estate, hospitality, and technology and telecommunication. The restructuring team is experienced in acting for creditors, debtors and insolvency professionals.

Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising Asian Development Bank's Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF) on a landmark sustainability-linked bond (SLB) for Sabana Industrial REIT. This pioneering transaction represented multiple firsts: CGIF's inaugural SLB guarantee, the first under ASEAN sustainable standards, and only the second ASEAN SLB issued.  

Other highlights include advising DNB Markets and Pareto Securities AS on Yinson Production's US$600 million senior secured bond issue. The transaction required extensive negotiations with Euronext Securities Oslo regarding novel registration requirements for a Singapore issuer in Norway's central securities depository. This landmark deal represents one of the largest Nordic bond issuances by an Asian company.
