Established in 1863, Lambadarios Law Firm is one of Greece’s oldest firms. It is based in Athens and is presently led by managing partner Constantinos Lambadarios. This year, the firm advised Euronext on the launch of its voluntary public share exchange for the acquisition of all outstanding shares in the Athens Stock Exchange. The transaction – led by Constantinos Lambadarios, Prokopis Dimitriadis, and Melina Katsimi – won the M&A Deal of the Year award at the IFLR 2026 Europe Awards. The projects team, led by Yannis Kourniotis and Constantinos Lambadarios, advised the Growthfund as the contracting authority during the tender process for the 35-year concession of the Egnatia Motorway.
