Established in 1863, Lambadarios Law is one of Greece’s oldest firms. It has a team of more than 20 lawyers based in Athens and is presently led by managing partner Constantinos Lambadarios.

Highlights 

Lambadarios Law Firm advised Athens International Airport on a EUR 806 million bond loan for the expansion of airport facilities, subscribed by Alpha Bank. The team conducted due diligence and drafted the finance and security documents. The existing loans were also amended to accommodate the new financing.

Lambadarios Law Firm acted as lead counsel to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on the indirect acquisition of a minority stake in the Skyline entity, which holds a portfolio of 461 real estate assets of Alpha Bank. The deal closed in February 2025 with lead partners Constantinos Lambadarios and Melina Katsimi, and senior associate Alexandros Koukoutsis.

In April 2024, Lambadarios Law Firm advised the EBRD and the University of Western Macedonia on the launch of Phase A of the tender process for the design, financing, construction, maintenance, and facility management of the University's student halls. The project is executed as a Public-Private Partnership and involves drafting tender documents and the partnership agreement.
