VAP Law Offices also advised Sanoptis Group on the acquisition of the LaserVision Eye Clinic in Athens. The team handled the structuring, regulatory compliance, and drafting of key documents. 
 
VAP Law Offices advised the Dutch group Van Aymede on the acquisition of the Kalimbassieris Group of Companies, a consultancy in maritime transport and marine insurance. As lead counsel, the team managed the transaction across six jurisdictions: Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, and Egypt.

Vassilis Iakovakis and Christos Martsekis joined the firm from Vasilios Iakovakis & Christos Martsekis Law Firm.
