Established in 1991, Dracopoulos & Vassalakis (DVLAW) is a full-service firm located in Athens. The banking and finance team, led by Irene Anyfanti and Yiannis Palassakis, acted as Greek law counsel to Piraeus Bank on the financing of part of the deferred payment of an acquisition of a securitized NPL portfolio as well as the granting of Letters of Guarantee for facilitating the collection of the receivables. Anyfanti and Palassakis are also advising the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participants in the privatisation of Kalamata Airport.
