Biography
Yiannis joined the firm in 2007. He has an extensive track record in advising on domestic and international securitisation, covered bonds, structured finance and banking transactions, having worked for all Greek systemic banks and several international investment firms in relation to various types of financing. He is also advising international funds in projects related to the transfer of NPEs as well as debt restructuring agreements. Yiannis is also heavily involved in the privatisation projects of DVLaw, leading the firm’s teams in all mandates by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund and, recently, the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations.
