Irene Stefanopoulou

Irene joined the firm in 2004, having already extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital and private equity structures and transactions.
She has acted for numerous fund managers, institutional and private investors on structuring, negotiating and completion of venture financing and formation of funds.
Irene has participated in numerous M&A deals and cross-border transactions.
