In a rare lateral hire in the Greek market Zepos & Yannopoulos has enhanced its finance team with the hire of a banking and capital markets specialist in Athens.
Christina Papanikolopoulou, an IFLR1000 Leading lawyer, joins the firm from Kyriakides Georgopoulos (KG Law Firm). She will take up a position as head of the banking and finance and capital markets group at her new firm.
Papanikolopoulou advises on debt, equity and structured finance transactions, loans, debt restructuring and banking regulatory matters.
While at KG her recent work included advising the underwriters on a share offering by Eurobank Ergasias; work for the coordinating banks on a share offering by Alpha Bank and acting for the investors on a CMBS issue by NBG Pangaea Real Estate Investment Company.
