The firm has advised Grup Serban Holding and its subsidiaries in relation to a €73 million syndicated facility for the refinancing of the existing debt and the development of its activity.

 RTPR advised Autonom Services in relation to a new bond issue, with an aggregate nominal value of EUR 30 million and a maturity of 5 years, with a fixed annual interest rate of 6.14%.
