In capital markets it advised mostly issuers and also guarantors and investors on bond issues and regulatory assessments as well as issuers on financing though senior secured notes.  

In corporate and M&A it assisted acquirers and sellers in acquisitions of shares, mergers, joint-ventures, and leveraged buyouts. It is particularly active in the banking and financial services sectors as well as in energy and IT.

In restructuring and insolvency it advised a client in the insurance sector on a corporate restructuring.
