The firm advised SNGN Romgaz on its €150 million uncommitted credit facility from Banca Transilvania for current business purposes.   

The firm, in collaboration with the international law firm Hogan Lovells, advised SNGN Romgaz, on the implementation of an EMTN program with a total value of €1.5 billion and the issuance of the first tranche of bonds worth €500 million.
