Victor is a Counsel at RTPR. Victor has experience in advising local and international companies with regard to commercial transactions, merger & acquisitions, corporate law, privatisations, as well as transactions involving financing and real estate in Romania.

• Enterprise Investors on the sale of Profi supermarket chain to Mid Europa Partners, the largest deal ever completed by a private equity fund in Romania and the largest deal in the retail sector in the country’s history
• Allianz Capital Partners on the acquisition of a 30% stake in E.ON Distributie Romania, the largest electricity and gas distribution network operator in the northern part of Romania
• Electrica on its IPO (issuer's counsel) on Bucharest Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange
• Purcari Wineries Public Company Limited on its IPO and admission to trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange
• First Retail International, a specialist retail property company with a focus on retail warehouse properties in Europe, on the acquisition of a 50% interest in the Romanian retail park portfolio ‘InterCora’
