Costin is managing partner of RTPR. Costin specialises in M&A, private equity, corporate and capital markets and commercial law related aspects. He is frequently advising a number of private equity funds on the acquisition and add-on acquisitions, restructuring and sale of companies, such as Enterprise Investors, Advent International, CEECAT Capital, Mid Europa Partners, Resource Partners, Global Finance and 3TS.

• Enterprise Investors on the sale of Profi supermarket chain to Mid Europa Partners, the largest deal ever completed by a private equity fund in Romania and the largest deal in the retail sector in the country’s history 
• the shareholders of A&D Pharma, the largest pharma group in Romania, operating wholesale, retail and marketing & sales business and with operations in CEE as well, on the sale of the entire group to Dr Max, the Czech pharmacy chain owned by Penta Investments
• Advent International Corporation on the exit from Ceramica Iasi and from the healthcare services provider Regina Maria
• Raiffeisen Bank S.A. and Wood & Company Financial Services a.s., as managers on the intermediation of MedLife’s IPO, the biggest private IPO in Romania
• Wood & Company Financial Services a.s. and Raiffeisen Bank S.A. as joint bookrunners on the IPO of Sphera Franchise Group, the holding entity of KFC and Pizza Hut
