Biography
Andrei joined RTPR in 2020. Andrei has experience in advising domestic and international companies in various restructuring projects and commercial transactions, including national and cross-border mergers and spin-offs, acquisitions and day-to-day corporate matters.
Recent case highlights
- Resource Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Ia Bilet SRL, the most important ticketing platform in Romania, as well as of the concert organiser BestMusic Concerts SRL
- Innova Capital on the sale of Optical Investment Group to EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses
- AROBS Transilvania Software, an important Romanian company that provides software services and solutions in various industries and the largest tech company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, on the acquisition of majority stake in Gess Engineering
- Wolt, a Finnish local commerce company, on the acquisition of the fast delivery platform Tazz, part of eMAG Group
- IPS Solutions Group, leader on the European software market, on the acquisition of the majority stake in Avaelgo SRL, a Romanian IT services company, from the founder Mihai Tataran
