• Represented Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, the real estate investment arm of the Qatar Investment Authority, as Egyptian co-legal counsel alongside White & Case LLP in connection with its USD 29.7 billion strategic partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for the development of an integrated urban community spanning more than 20 million square metres in the Alam El Roum area on Egypt's Mediterranean coast.
• Represented Emaar Misr for Developments in connection with its 100% acquisition of Albro North Coast for Property Management S.A.E. through a share swap transaction valued at EGP 9.82 billion.
• Represented Emirates NBD P.J.S.C. as Egyptian legal counsel in connection with the acquisition, through Emirates NBD Egypt S.A.E., of the retail banking business of HSBC Bank Egypt S.A.E.

• Represented a syndicate of Egypt's leading financial institutions, led by Banque Misr and comprising Banque du Caire, National Bank of Egypt, Housing & Development Bank and Suez Canal Bank, in connection with an EGP 5.2 billion Islamic Mudarabah financing facility extended to INERTIA Egypt.
• Represented a consortium of international financial institutions in connection with the financing of Egypt's first Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production plant in the Suez Canal Economic Zone involving USD 140 million debt financing.
• Represented Siemens Gamesa in connection with the development of a 500 MW wind farm in the Gulf of Suez region, one of the largest privately developed wind energy projects in Egypt.

• Represented the Saudi Public Investment Fund through Afaq Al Elm Investments Company in connection with Social Impact Capital's acquisition of an additional 37.5% stake in Cairo for Investment and Real Estate Developments (CIRA Education), increasing its ownership from 51.2% to 88.7%.
• Represented Ferchem Egypt Fertilizers and Chemicals in connection with the merger of Aswan Fertilizers and Chemical Industries and Abu Zaabal Fertilizers and Chemical Company into Ferchem, increasing the company's issued capital to EGP 800 million and marking its transition from the SME Exchange to the main market of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX)
