- Advised Vodacom's €2.5 billion acquisition of 55% stake in Vodafone Egypt.
- legal counsel for several venture capital debt facilities for Beltone Venture Capital S.A.E; a leading financial services provider with a multi-decade track record of success in the MENA region.
- Advised the sellers on the sale of Fancy Foods S.A.E to Edita Food Industries S.A.E, with the transaction being valued at E£ 380 million.
- Advised New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) largest ever securitization transaction in Egypt amounting to E£ 20 billion, followed by another two consecutive transactions amounting to E£ 30 billion.
- Represented a syndicate of 22 lenders for the arranging of Egypt’s largest locally long-term syndicated loan underwritten E£ 6 billion.
- legal advisor for the lenders in a syndicated finance deal of E£ 12.3 billion, between 11 banks in Egypt and borrower; Gharably Integrated Engineering Company.
- Advised Arab African International Bank in granting Sky Investments a MTL amounting to E£ 1.3 billion to partially finance the investment cost of Park Street Complex.
- Advised Global Corp Financial services securitized transaction for their financial leasing portfolio amounting to E£ 1,346,500,000 which comes as part of a wider multi-issuance program with a value of E£ 10 billion.
- Legal advisor for an unsecured short-term note for the Hermes Securities Brokerage Company (HSB) — a wholly owned subsidiary of EFG Hermes Holding — in a transaction worth E£ 600 million.
- Advised ValU’s securitization transactions for their consumer finance portfolios amounting to E£ 1.5 billion which comes as part of their award-winning multi-issuance program with a total value of E£ 9 billion.
- Advised Arabian Company for Urban Development and Projects on the first ever securitization transaction, introducting a new type of portfolio consisting of club membership financing applications.
- Advised Egyptian Mortgage Refinance Co. in the first ever securitized transaction for the sole refinancing institution in the Egyptian market that provides funds refinancing to mortgage lenders.
- Advised B-Tech for Trade & Distribution issuance of their consumer finance portfolio amounting to E£ 984.5 million, which comes as part of a wider 2-year multi-issuance program with a total value of E£ 5 billion.
- Advised AUR Leasing & Factoring on two securitized offerings amounting to E£ 1.124 billion and E£ 1.79 billion, as part of their multi-issuance program totaling E£ 8 billion.
- Advised Al Ahly Tamkeen & Aur Microfinance in concluding their securitization transactions backed by micro-finance portfolios, amounting to E£ 1 billion.
- Advised Bedaya Mortgage Finance securitization transaction amounting to E£ 958 million from a multi-issuance program of E£ 3 billion.
- Advised Al Oula Mortgage Finance Company securitization transaction amounting to E£ 998.5 million from a multi-issuance program of E£ 3 billion.
