• Representation of Mumtalakat Investment for Bahrain in connection with renewing its lease contract, advising on how to extend the contract without going back to the lessor, the validity of the old contract, the amount of the lease, the annual increase, and the lease shift.
• Representation of First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in connection with the closing of its branch in Sudan and transferring the branch to a new buyer with all the financial obligations and employees
• Representation of African Development Bank in connection with the financing extended to Elnefeidi Group Holding Co. Ltd. for an amount of up to USD 60 million.
• Representation of African Development Bank in connection with the financing extended to DAL Group for an amount of up to USD 40 million and EUR 30 million to finance the group’s long-term investment program for food and agriculture operations.
• Representation of Egypt Air in connection with providing legal advice and representing the client before Sudanese courts.
• Representation of Blue Nile for Insurance Co. Ltd. In connection with embezzlement from one of its employees with a value of USD 2 million.
