Highlights

The firm advised ING Bank and other lender in connection with Axpo Holding's euro 7 billion sustainability linked revolving credit facility (RCF). The deal was conducted under Swiss law and the firm handled all legal matters relating to the loan documents and agreements. 

In Capital Markets Debt, the firm advised UBS Group in connection with the issuance of USD 1.8 billion Tier 1 Capital notes with an equity conversion feature. The issuance marks UBS Group's first issuance of additional tier 1 capital notes with this equity conversion feature. 

Another major highlight includes the firm's advise as transactional counsel for Galderma and EQT on Galderma's IPO, which valued the company at USD 17 billion. The IPO was the largest in Switzerland since 2017.
