Eduard De Zordi

Eduard De Zordi studied law at Zurich University, graduating in 1998. He joined Homburger as an associate in 2000. In 2005, he graduated with an LLM from the University of East Anglia. He is a counsel in Homburger's Banking and Finance and Capital Markets team.

• Advised Julius Baer Group Ltd on the issuance of EUR 400 m AT1 CoCo Bonds;

• Advised Roche Holding AG on the issuance of CHF 775 m Bonds;

• Advised SIX Group AG on the issuance of CHF 250 m Bonds and EUR 500 m Bonds.
