Daniel Daeniker

Daniel Daeniker is the Senior Partner of Homburger. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, particularly cross-border transactions, and on corporate governance. Other areas of work include capital markets law, particularly equity offerings and IPOs, and financial services regulation.

• Advised Liberty Global and Sunrise on the CHF 3.2 bn spin-off and Listing of Sunrise on SIX and NASDAQ

• Advised Migros, Switzerland’s largest retailer formed as a group of co-operatives, in the incorporation and structuring of its CHF 12 bn revenue supermarket business

• Advised Credit Suisse in the merger with UBS (transaction value CHF 3 bn, book value CHF 35 bn)
