Highlights

In the Capital Markets Debt market, the firm advised Swisscom on its Euro 4 billion Eurobond issuance, executed through its subsidiary Swisscom Finance B.V. The Eurobond was part of the financing for its acquisition of Vodafone Italia. 

Another notable highlight includes acting as legal counsel for Calik Enerji and its Swiss subsidiary, Calik Enerji Swiss AG, in a USD 586.25 million financing deal. The firm advised on relevant guarantee facility agreements. It is recorded as the largest SERV backed financing on record.
