With more than 20 years of experience, she advises financial institutions on complex and strategically significant regulatory matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Her practice covers the full spectrum of banking and financial services regulation, with particular expertise in asset management and investment funds, fintech and digital assets, anti-money laundering, governance, market conduct and regulatory investigations and enforcement.
