Jean-Baptiste Lhôte is a counsel and member of Pestalozzi’s Corporate/M&A and Financial Services Groups in Geneva.
His practice focuses on corporate law, M&A, joint-ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as general contract and commercial law. He also covers all types of domestic and cross-border banking transactions. As part of his practice, he is involved in debt and corporate restructurings as well as in insolvency work. Jean-Baptiste Lhôte further regularly advises private clients and non-profit organizations.
