Christoph Lang

Christoph G. Lang is a partner and heads Pestalozzi’s Corporate / M&A Group in Zurich. His preferred practice areas are corporate law with a particular focus on corporate governance, M&A, Swiss and European antitrust law and insurance law. He represents major Swiss and multinational corporations in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures, and frequently advises clients on policy and governance issues.
