The firm’s practice covers banking and finance and financial services regulatory. 

The banking and finance team is experienced in providing advice to clients on all Swiss banking and financial regulations, particularly banking, securities dealers and market infrastructures, collective investment schemes and money laundering, and advises frequently on cross-border issues. The team also advises clients throughout licensing procedures and in enforcement against FINMA. 

Research period review: 32nd edition (2022/2023) 

The banking and finance team was particularly active during the research period by providing advice across the banking and financial sectors on licensing process with FINMA and other regulatory authorities in the sector. The team also advised clients on the implementation of FinSA in their financial products offerings.
