Daniel Häusermann specializes in public and private M&A, equity capital markets (ECM) and real estate transactions. He also advises on corporate and capital markets law and corporate governance. He has been partner at Homburger since 2021 and Co-head of the Healthcare/Life Sciences team since 2024. Daniel Häusermann is also a professor (Titularprofessor) of private and business law at the University of St. Gallen and has authored two books and over 40 articles
