In addition, we focus on compliance, crisis management, employment and executive compensation, esg / sustainability, insurance, investigations, private clients, real estate, restructuring and special situations, technology and digital economy and white collar crime.
All of the 43 partners and over 130 lawyers and tax advisors are members of at least one expertise team. Most of our lawyers have additional legal qualifications and have studied or worked abroad. Legal publications and league tables consistently rank Homburger in the top tier of its main areas of practice.
In addition to Switzerland, we focus on established markets in Europe, North America and Asia. This is supported by regional focus groups that foster good relations with selected regional markets.
