Maîtrejean also led the Luxembourg aspects of the restructuring of a €3.5 billion real estate investment platform involving Cardif Assurance Vie, Pimco Prime Real Estate and APG Strategic Real Estate Pool. The mandate involved the restructuring of an existing Luxembourg fund, a potential conversion into a RAIF and the implementation of a new joint venture framework across several European jurisdictions.

The capital markets team, led by Aurélien Hollard, advised Avellinia Capital and re:cap on the launch of a Luxembourg-based private credit and loan origination platform expected to provide more than €100 million of financing to innovative European SMEs.
