The restructuring team, led by Ana Andreiana, advised the Luxembourg entities of the Altice France Group on their financial restructuring. The transaction was a landmark European restructuring, drawing on innovative US-style techniques.

The banking and finance team advised Lionsgate Studios on the Luxembourg law aspects of its up to US$1.2 billion international refinancing, undertaken in parallel with the group's landmark corporate reorganisation.
