The capital markets team assisted Antaria Pharma group on their inaugural securitisation and bond issuance as well as on the related financing provided by a market-leading investment bank.

Luther as local counsel, represented Barclays as lender in a USD 1,000,000 million structured financing for one of the biggest American investment firms.
