The firm has its offices in Strassen Luxembourg and is led by managing partner Vincent Linari-Pierron, supported by highly qualified professionals such as Guillaume Deflandre. The firm has a particular focus on investment funds but is also actively working across a wide range of practices including Banking and M&A. In investment funds the firm worked primarily on a mix of cross-border fund formation and structuring.
