Founded in 2022, Brouxel & Rabia Luxembourg Law Firm was a spin-off from another Luxembourg law firm.

The centerpiece of the firm is corporate practice. The team handles mostly M&A, restructuring, private equity/venture capital and corporate finance matters.  

The fund team has experience in dealing with a comprehensive range of funds, encompassing Alternative Funds and UCITS and has developed a high level of expertise across all asset classes including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt and ESG. 

Most of the matters the firm handles are on an international and cross-border level. Clients come from various industry sectors, including industrial, banking, energy, logistics, technology and telecommunication, consumer goods and private equity, with US and European clientele representing around 85% of the business volume.

In banking the firm worked on financings for mainly borrowers who were linked to the financial services as well as industry and manufacturing sectors.

In capital markets the firm’s work focused on bond and securitisation work.
