Kenyan firms Daly & Figgis and Inamder & Inamder have announced that they have merged with immediate effect.
The newly established firm is to be known as Daly & Inamder.
Key partners Hamish Keith and Samir Inamdar remain as principal partners of the newly formed outfit.
