CMS Cameron McKenna Dariusz Greszta Spolka Komandytowa in Warsaw has added to its finance capacity with the addition of an of counsel from Allen & Overy (A&O).
Tomasz Zwoliński, who had been an associate at the 'magic circle' firm joins CMS to head up the project finance team. He focuses on export, acquisition and project financings and was part of the A&O team that advised on the financing for Poland's A2 Motorway. He has also been active on hotel and other real estate financings.
Prior to joining Allen & Overy Zwoliński had worked at ING Bank Slaski.
