Lee & Poh Partnership (LPP Law) was established in 2020, founded on a vision of providing practical, agile, and client-focused legal services across a broad spectrum of industries. From its early days, the firm quickly earned recognition for its commitment to excellence, professionalism, and results-driven strategies. With a strong emphasis on Corporate law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), the firm steadily grew its reputation in the Malaysian legal landscape.

In January 2025, the dispute resolution team led by Ryan Chu Soon Wei, Lau Zhong Yan, Dominic Ng Ken Ming, Leong Chee Weng and Naveen Sri Kantha merged with the corporate & commercial team of LPP Law led by Spring Poh Zuan Yin, combining practices with complementary strengths and a shared commitment to excellence in legal services.

The firm has since continued to grow, building on its strong foundation and expanding its reach across various practice areas. Lee & Poh Partnership is currently led by a team of twelve partners, including Angelina Kok, who heads LPP Law’s JB office, as well as Aw Kai Xiang, Rezan Ezra, Jagshey Pipariya and Teong Xiao Yin, who are based in the KL office, and Tan Le Yu who is based in both KL and JB.
