Advised Nationgate Holdings on Malaysia's first accelerated transfer listing from ACE Market to Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities under the revised Chapter 8 of the Equity Guidelines. The landmark transaction, completed in May 2024 for the $1.3 billion market cap company, demonstrated the efficiency of the new framework by securing approval within two weeks of submission, establishing a precedent for streamlined market transfers that meet the required RM1 billion ($237 million) market capitalisation thresholds. 

Advising UMediC Group on its transfer listing from Bursa Malaysia's ACE Market to the Main Market, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth trajectory. The $45 million market cap healthcare company's transition required comprehensive legal due diligence to ensure compliance with dual regulatory frameworks – industry-specific healthcare regulations and Main Market listing requirements.
